If the level of radon gas is high enough, a radon mitigation system will be necessary to ensure your indoor air quality remains safe and healthy.
A radon test involves utilizing a radon test kit to measure and assess the radon levels in a residential home or commercial building.
Chemical Vapor Mitigation
Chemical vapor testing and mitigation identifies the source of intrusion and protects your house or building from the chemical vapors escaping from the soil or groundwater.
Diagnostic Testing & SSDS Design
A sub-slab depressurization system is designed to prevent soil gas from entering a home or building through a negative pressure field, as opposed to soil or groundwater remediation.
Crawl Space Vapor Barrier
A vapor barrier for your crawl space, which is typically made of plastic sheeting, can be used to control moisture and humidity levels in the area between the ground and the bottom of the home or building.

Radon in Central Indiana
When compared to the rest of the state, residents living in the central Indiana counties of Marion, Hamilton, Hancock, Hendricks, Johnson, Boone and Shelby are at a greater risk of encountering high levels of radon gas in their homes and businesses. The EPA has designated this area, including the city of Indianapolis, as a Zone 1 risk, meaning the average indoor radon test is expected to be more than 4 pCi/L, the number at which the American Lung Association strongly recommends having your home mitigated.
